I absolutley love my self care ritual of seeing Lou once a month for her incredible Abhyanga massage. Being a therapist myself, I am very fussy about who I allow to hold space for me. Louise with her extensive knowledge, her professionalism and gentle heart, is the perfect combination of a therapist. Her massages leave me feeling like I have been on a retreat. It's not just a massage, it's a whole experience.
